As an Entry-Level Client Support Representative, you will serve as a direct point of contact for customers, assisting them with their telecommunications needs, educating them on AT&T’s products and services, and helping them make informed decisions. This role offers growth opportunities within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Entry Level Client Support Representative Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers face-to-face to understand their telecommunications needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Educate customers about the latest AT&T products, services, and promotions to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with product recommendations, troubleshooting, and addressing customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customers receive top-tier service and follow-up support.
  • Achieve personal and team sales goals while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and AT&T’s offerings to provide accurate information to customers.

Entry Level Client Support Representative Qualifications:

  • No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for helping others.
  • Professional and friendly attitude with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
  • Comfortable working in a face-to-face sales environment.
  • High school diploma or GED required; a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and ready to contribute to the success of the team.
