AT&T Representative Responsibilities:
- Prospect and engage with businesses to introduce and promote AT&T products and services utilizing face-to-face strategies to better identify their needs.
- Utilize sales tools and strategies to exceed customer acquisition targets and business goals
- Manage and expand your designated territory to significantly increase sales revenue
- Promote and upsell AT&T’s full range of business solutions to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with business customers
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge
AT&T Representative Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (some college experience preferred)
- Previous experience in B2B sales, or face-to-face customer service is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional approach
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
