Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Build and foster strong relationships with customers face-to-face to enhance brand loyalty and positive brand recognition.
  • Educate customer in products and services, informing them of potential promotions and price advantages. 
  • Support the sales and customer service teams in achieving operational and performance goals.
  • Implement innovative sales strategies and promotional campaigns for new and existing clients.
  • Lead the development and execution of new product sales, working closely with sales and customer service teams to exceed client expectations.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to maintain a competitive edge and enhance product offerings.
  • Collaborate with Entry Level Assistant Manager team members to strategize and deliver effective sales campaigns that educate consumers and boost client success.

Entry Level Assistant Manager Qualifications:

  • A degree in Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer-facing role such as customer service, client relations, sales, advertising, or management.
  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong understanding of core sales strategies and customer insights.
  • Proven abilities in prospecting, presenting, and networking.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Eagerness to adapt and wear multiple hats in a dynamic, growing organization.
