Our Entry-Level Account Managers serve as the primary liaison between our clients and consumers, playing a vital role in delivering exceptional client interactions that directly contribute to the success of our business. We are looking for goal-oriented individuals who are natural leaders with a proven track record of achieving results and building relationships.

Entry-Level Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Directly engage with clients, developing positive business relationships with clients, management, and team members.
  • Educate customers face-to-face about the benefits and unique features of our services to drive sales growth.
  • Attend daily meetings and training sessions to become proficient in the services offered by our clients and assist customers in selecting the best solutions to meet their needs.
  • Generate new business opportunities through strategic sales tactics, including customer development, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Act as the main liaison for clients, providing excellent customer service and sales support.
  • Serve as a role model for the team by demonstrating effective sales techniques and leadership.
  • Consistently exceed sales goals and contribute to achieving program objectives.
  • Handle customer inquiries and sales transactions in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.

Entry-Level Account Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, Consulting, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in client facing role such as account management, client support, or entry-level sales is a plus.
  • High level of trustworthiness, dependability, and professionalism.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to overcome objections and close sales.
  • Determined, competitive, and results-driven attitude.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve success.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
